Why does VSI bill for code fixes?

The way things work here at VSI is that we use "rapid development cycles", and allow the customers to test the resulting product. If it has bugs, or is not quite to your liking, we make any changes until it meets your exact needs. All changes are billable, whether bugs or features. We don't perform or bill for detailed quality assurance, and we do bill for fixes. In the long run, you will generally save money that way.
