How do I use Swap-A-Gift in CheckPro?

Swap-A-Gift

• Setup CVGL for GL Account numbers
• Enter SWAP on the Command Line,
  • You will be prompted to swipe the gift card.
• Enter the value of the card. It will be a Type "V" Voucher at %50 fee
  • When you get to the comments, enter Card Number, Retailer & Issue Date. If the swipe worked these fields will be filled in.

Reports

• CheckPro/Daily Work/Tapes/Check Deposit (TYPE=SWAP) for tape of days transactions
• CheckPro/Reports/Checks/More/Swap A Gift History for monthly settlement report.
