In the event that you are unable to access CheckPro or LoanPro through our primary circuit, please try connecting through our backup circuit below.
- To setup a backup CheckPro or LoanPro icon
- Download and save, then run the CheckPro/LoanPro Backup Setup application.
- Enter your Username and password.
- Click the Start Me Up tab, and enter CheckPro Backup or LoanPro Backup as the Application Title.
- Select the Green CheckPro Icon.
- Click OK and your CheckPro Backup or LoanPro Backup icon will be installed on your desktop.
To quickly change your existing CheckPro or LoanPro icon to the backup IP address:
- Open a CheckPro window.
- If unable to connect, the client will (after a few moments) timeout and present a failure message. Click OK to close the dialog box.
- Click on File, Properties
- In the Connection tab, change the Server to 65.16.114.9
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Click File, Connect.
